Alright... Stupid logic though, why lower the standard of staff just to 'have more female staff members'.
Sorry for my mistake, what's the difference that they reported more players and members reported players too but don't have as much and don't have the commands like they do.
Number of players is important, but isn't essential. They DO have more experience because they actually WERE staff.
Say if a member who reported a LOT of players and got them banned, more then a staff member reported when they were staff and they both applied, who do you think would become a helper?
It really depends on the person. But, the ex-staff has an advantage because he WAS staff, and he knows what Foxcraft's all about, and what the staff are looking for in a helper.
