You would keep your pre-existing rank.

Oh, all I remember is that it was glitching so much and if you stand in each other you can't hit the other person, also you kept getting stuck in the ground (in 1.8.9) atleast idk about any other versions

Don't reset factions on 23rd May, because it's a weekday. Many folks won't be able to come online. Maybe wait until 25th. I think that would be a good idea
