My highest one has a cp of 780 and it's a hypno, my friend catched a gyarados yesterday with 850 cp and I was out of pokeballs so I couldn't catch it

Yep that's what a pokemon is. A few are weird though, a lot of the newer ones at least.

Mystic is the best (mainly cus I'm on it) i speant money on the game tp buy lucky eggs, lures, and incubators. I'm level 15 and locking down gyms with blue team. If you are not on blue team your coolness levels are decreasing so you might want to restart your game. Can't wait for trading, multiplayer, and The legendary pokemon.

Where I live their is actually so many drowzies around that I got 61 drowzie candy in under a week and now I have a hypno and still have a bunch of candy for upgrading and getting another hypno.

I have a level 1976 gyrados;-;

He goes to the gym where the gyrados is, sees the gyrados, slowly walks away the turns and sprints. His best pokemon is a lvl 100 evee.
