It would most likely be put on a thread on the announcements page of forums (the section this one is in).

• Tell you if or when your application will be read
• Tell you how long it will take before you will get a response
• Tell you what they think about your application

I am not sure how cloakfox will go about it. We can accept someone tomorrow, or accept someone in 2 months. As for the announcement part, not sure if there will or will not be one.
