Why are staff false banning people for "duping" and "glitch abusing"?

Some people where duping they had clearly duped gear in their pvs, a bedrock vault, and a duping station but that is just what I have head.

Bedrock vaults, countless playervaults of armor (with the same name, enchants, and same freaking durability man), god swords, punch 7 bows, fortune 8 pickaxes, this isn't op factions bud. We can't have duped stuff lingering, even after we tell people to remove anything duped or suspicious duped stuff. I personally record me looking through peoples playervaults when I find a duped stash, and the ban them. You don't know anything about this.
