why does my screen look like this?

So i logged in today and my screen was like this, can someone please tell me why or how to fix it? Thanks

You are looking at super secret settings by the looks of it, or 3D Anagraph.
Press F4, if that doesn't fix it.
Press Options, Video Settings then, Other, if you are using Optifine, I believe the steps are similar for vanilla, then turn 3D Anagraph off.
If that doesn't fix it reply or, re-download the launcher!

I turned off 3D, still nothing then re-opened minecraft, still nothing.

Uninstall, then reinstall the Minecraft Launcher?

Same thing happened to me the other day, all I did was restart the game and it went back to normal.
