VPN/Proxy blocker

Hello Foxcrafters!

This is just a small notice/update for people that use vpns/proxys on Foxcraft.

In order to prevent people bypassing their punishment by either using alts or a vpn to log into the Foxcraft network. We have implemented our own VPN/Proxy blocker. This will hopefully greatly reduce recurring cheaters/hackers on the network.
