As Lorenzo stated, the normal forums are not used to directly communicate with the staff and ping them to get an answer.
I think you are getting on and the others nerves because you just constantly ping them and spam the forums asking for stuff you can ask (as example icescrem123123) them themselves via the normal conversation on the Foxcraft website or via Discord.
I advise you to no longer spam/ping the staff members as it might also get you forum accounts restricted.

Yes as @Lqrenzo and @DZultra have said we communicate with players in game, on the forums with a private message or on discord if you have any questions
If you would like to see if a player is online do [/seen name]
