Fellow users,

What is the one thing we all stumble across when we start playing skyblock?
Where to start and what to do. Many of you are wondering what the quickest way is to receive some money.
Is it asking for money to other players, is it manipulating them into giving you money? No.
Its quite easy to grind some money but before you can do any of this you have to expand your island.
When expanding your island there are a few things you need to take into consideration.
for example what material or how big should it be.

Here are a few tips on getting started right away.
1. Build a cobblestone generator. (at /spawn you can see how a simplefied cobblestone generator looks like).
2. Build a tree farm. (gather a few blocks of dirt after you expanded your island a little, don't place the dirt blocks to close to each other. about 3 block apart should be fine).
3. Build a farm. (This can be done by placing water near dirt or grass and simply right clicking the dirt or grass, which turns into farmed land, after you have done this you right click with seeds/potatoes/carrots on the farmed land).

You now have the basics to expand your island and to maintain your hunger.
This ofcourse is not the end of skyblock. There are many more possibilities of what you can do next.
Find a few ideas below:

1. Build a storage room. (Everyone needs a place to store their valuables or resources, this could be as simple of as excentric as you'd like yourself).
2. Build a melting room. (To make those beautiful stone bricks you'll need to have a place to melt down your cobblestone, or a place to cook your meat).
3. Build an enchanting room. (To get the highest possible enchantments you'll need to have 15 bookshelves place around your enchanthing table).
4. Build a brewing room. (It is always a good idea to be ready for battle, you'll never know when there are a bunch of mobs roaming around on your island).
5. Build a cactus farm. (you can sell cactus for $50 per 16. This will quickly make you some money).

These are my Tips for starters on Foxcraft Skyblock.
P.S. If you can come up with additional tip for beginners put them down here and i will update the list

Kind regards Spa9etti

This is a nice list but I would add: building an iron golem farm after you have gathered enough money to do so.
