You can go on skindex press 'edit skin' remove all the pixels and start fresh designing something new. You might have known that but it's the easiest way.

Or just search for a skin you like, click edit and do changes to it. That's the easiest way.

Go to google search "noob skins" click a link press download on a skin and then go to minecraft.net then press the skin option then upload it!
