Pistons and Ores

Simply, why can't pistons move ores? I may be using them to glitch McMMO and duplicate ores :3 but it also stops cobble gen designs from working because an ore occasionally spawn. I've heard that they do move ores but I can't seem to find the trick. Please reply if this is a bug, dupe-prevention, or if pistons just hate me, thanks!

If you can use them to glitch McMMO and duplicate ores, it will be instantly fixed.

You don't have to glitch you know... it's not enabled

I'm pretty sure if you're trying to glitch it by doing that, that's why it's disabled lol
