Need help with rank ban

I purchased the VIP rank using PayPal , and accidentally charged it back right away (I meant to charge back another purchase) getting banned , the ban message said i would be unbanned once I cancelled the chargeback , I managed to cancel the chargeback and have not yet been unbanned.

You need to make a Ticket
and it will be fixed!
