I live in the American Gardens building on West 81st street, on the 11th floor. My name is Patrick Bateman. I'm 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself, in a balanced **** and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion. Ate eggs (free range and organic) bacon and some sourdough bread all of it was organic and British sourced. Had myself a nice cup of tea and I put organic Canadian maple syrup in it to give it a sweeter taste... Had a lemon tea with applevinegar and honey to boost my immune system. Always eat organic folks... That is if you wish to protect your health and slow down the aging proces.
All food bought from Waitrose (British premium foods) (heh, you're a peasant degenerate if you consume produce from Asda or Tesco(the stores for the poor people) Afterwards I'll proceed to do my exercise routine, 40 pullups including 20 widegrip, 20 regular grip and an additional 20 chinups. While I allow myself to recover from that intense strength training, I usually work on the legs (Heh, never skip leg day!) where I do upwards of 50 or more weighted squats. I also make sure to do my pressups, numbering around 60 in which I start off doing 11 pressups to then do 10 and progressively lower the amount.
