I'm making a video game and I need ideas for quests of characters

The game is about you living in an apartment and you have to pay rent on time, but your neighbours will ask you for things that will distract you.
I need ideas for what they will ask.

“Can you drive me to my appointment?”
“What was all that commotion this morning”
“Did you hear about old tommy in the senior home?”
“Can you help me pack my groceries into my room?”
“I need help, I got a dog but our landlord doesn’t allow pets. Shhhh, it’s out secret! I need your help caring for him. If we are caught we will be evicted!” - one of the most dangerous quests because player can get evicted
