I ''lost'' my rank on survival...

Hey Staff! I got some problems with my rank on Survival (I have Skyfox rank), I cant use any chatcolor and I don't see Skyfox for my name.
I cant even join any team to... So i got alot of bugs and problems...
But i still have my coloured name in Minecraft, called RawHardStyleZ.
When I try to use any chatcolor its still white, maybe you guys can remove my Skyfox rank and give it again? Maybe that will work...

I don't think the rank is there anymore, if you lose your rank (like the temporary vote ranks on skyblock), you'll keep the chat color and name color, but you can't change it. So your rank isn't bugging, you've completely lost your rank somehow...
