And staff don't have responsibility to give you the evidence of your ban.
Helpers need to record the bans but higher ranked staff members dont.

He got demoted so he ain't staff anymore but when he was helper he should have proof
Eftro was demoted for abusing, when he denied leon showed him the screen shots and slapped his *** with a demote.
Actually, we do. Helpers are REQUIRED to report all their bans with video evidence. I don't check slack all the time, but if you ban and don't report then you're in the wrong. Even if it's a moderator or admin, if you don't have evidence it kind of makes you look bad when they appeal.
Also yes, make an appeal and a staff member will deal with it.
