Disabled Re-stat Mechanics

The ability to re-stat your character has been turned off. There should be a command to change your talent points but it has been disabled. So if you invest your level up points in the wrong category, there is no way to fix it. This is incredibly stupid and i have no idea why anyone in their right mind would even play here currently. Please fix immediately
