Demonitize Mods/Helpers

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

the community needs, better Mods/Helpers! In addition, I have said this because I am new to this server and there should be new, job opening for this server because they are people who are more active then these mods and helpers they think, they can do anything they want plus half of the "Staff" are just friends with the owner! So no one cares, all I'm trying to say people out there that have potential. I am disappointed with the non-active mods and helpers they should get demonetized! If you have read this, please help me raise awareness we just want to make this server great like MIneplex,Hypixel, and such as. But that won't make me stop playing Foxcraft.

Dear Sir,

You have no idea what you are talking about.

Furt of all, my boy, the 'friends' of Cloak either helped start the server with him, or are friends BECAUSE they've collaborated with him.

And also, not very many people out there have 'potential.' The one's that do either don't want to be staff, or just can't really. Plus, no offense, but if you're so new how would you know?

Also, I'm pretty sure no one will understand how this would make Cloak 'demonitize' staff. I'm pretty sure demonetized just means to make something not be related to money. So are you saying staff are paid? I don't get it.

Don't feel like reading this post, just gonna assume what you are talking about.
I don't think helpers/staff get paid much, if anything at all. While I only like about 5 members of the staff team, there are enough who know what they are doing at the moment.

I will tell you what I tell everyone else. Treat me with respect, and you'll get the same respect from me, but calling us inactive when you are quite new to the server...I find that very disrespectful. We staff members do have life's, we have things to do before we come on the server to look after everything. If you have any problems, feel free to pm me.
