Can you get command blocks in the server?

I was wondering can you get commands blocks in Foxcraft is it possible or not?

It's possible, because I assume members of Staff and people with world edit can spawn them in via world edit, but the command blocks would definitely be disabled to prevent people from using them. Having them would be pointless.

If I am not mistaken, I believe Command Blocks are actually banned - like you aren't allowed to possess them. I don't really know the punishment, but it'd be good if someone could confirm that.
