Bug/weird ban system

Jnocero's PayPal was hacked and the hacker did chargebacks on everything that was transacted through her paypal, including her alternate Minecraft account. She and cloakfox are working things out regarding the chargebacks to the other players and herself. It should be resolved within a few days.
