Access to perms that i shouldn't have

Today I was playing on the prison server and as I am used to another factions server I play I went to invsee somebody whilst I was at my plot and it worked and it appears that I have access to the command. I was wondering if this is a glitch with permissions or something like that as I don't believe you get that perm normally.
