A few Questions Before Deciding To Make this My New Home

1. Is withers enabled in the overworld? (huge no on my end if they are.... makes making bases pointless)
2. is there any anti glitching plugins installed? such as if you type /sethome in water or /tp in water it says (command disabled in water) best way to prevent tp glitching
3. when is the next server reset?

Well if it's for Factions, @XJarredTheGreatX, withers are NOT enabled in the overworld.
