Global:
- Added new voting system (/vp and /ranks)
- Added chestshops similair to Skyblock (works right now)
- Added warping signs, use [welcome] on the top line and /wwarp (name) to go to someones warp or shop!
- Added back old pvp walls (works on 30-05)
- Noticed some bad block lag, attempted to optimize the server a bit more
- Fixed dupe armor and tools being use-able
- Prepared for a ton of bug fixes, soon to come
- Optimized /sglacier to be able to hold 300 players atleast with no lag (20 TPS)
