Creative:
- Fixed worldedit blacklisted blocks list not working
- Fox rank and up now have access to the fox disguise (on all gamemodes that offer disguises)
- added missing command tab complete for /subdivide
- Testing new chat formats with rgb colors, derp.
- Testing new name tag stuff (like showing if user is afk next to name)
