Portals can be used to teleport a player to an entirely different section of your map and can only be taken once (and not back). Players can create more portals in their maps if they have a rank.
You can enter portal creation mode by opening the "Edit parkour info" menu and using the "Map portals" button to enter portal creation mode. You are prompted to place two blocks (on the ground, the bottom block acts as the portal, like a pressure plate) in your map. The first block you place represents the entry of your portal and the second block you place the exit of that portal. In this example I used crying obsidian for the portal blocks, but you can use any block available in Minecraft.
