Prison:
- Fixed hoppers being odd
- Fixed a bunch of tokenenchant related stuff
- Fixed plot perms (merging etc)
- Fixed kill abuse thingy
- Fixed exp gaining
- Added selling pumpkins
- Nerfed fortune token enchants
- A lot of optimizing (still working on lag spikes)
- Fixed random players being able to change your spawners
- Added island chat (/is chat)
- Added a few more shop items here and there
- Added 1 new custom island to shadowfoxes and up (starter island)
