- Fixed enderchest exploit
- Fixed disguising in pvp

- Fixed sending the same message again in chat (Possibly also after a restart)
- Added a 10 second cooldown on buying lottery tickets
- Increased the price of 1 lottery ticket to 75$
- Fixed /fix hand, timer exploit
- Decreased level worth of the Enchantment and Enderchest blocks on islands by 50% (After next auto reboot/restart)
