Prison:
- Fixed a couple duel exploits
- Cactus & reeds can now grow 4 blocks tall
- Increased hopper speed
- Some server optimizations
- Water, lava and milk buckets now stack (after next auto restart)
- Preparing for player warps
- Preparing for claim enter & leave messages
