Survival:
- Mysticfox ranked players & up can now silktouch spawners 100% chance
- Added back disguises
- Removed bunch of stuck holograms
- Fixed holograms getting stuck
- Updated some other backend stuff
- Made it so offhand does not automaticly equip a shield when right clicking
- McMMO will no longer mess up the scoreboard (After next auto restart)
