Kingdoms:
- Fixed exploits
- Neutral kingdom claims must be connected now
- PvP is now completely disabled in neutral kingdoms
- Neutral kingdoms can no longer damage champion mobs
- Raided claims have a 24h cooldown when unclaimed (to prevent giving claims to neutral kingdoms) & gives the raided kingdom a fair chance to fight back.
