Kingdoms:
- Fixed disabled nexus upgrades still working (they are now properly disabled)
- Fixed kingdoms not automaticly disbanding (the kingdoms plugin will try and search for a new active player to promote to king after 14 days, if none are found the kingdom get's disbanded) note: it will take atleast 14 days from now before some kingdoms are disbanded
