staff help

I tried to redeem my claim block Vouchers, but they say to get a hold of Admin cause the blocks are too old. They will be in my Ender Chest for your convenance. Thank you!

I've recently been getting timed out as soon as I join the creative sub-server and I don't know what the cause is. No chunks in the area load except the one I'm standing in. All the other sub-servers I can get into fine, just not creative. Would love for someone to help out if they can -Savorous

I Bought today my Creeper Eggs and my god apples I did it in my chest but when i wanted to pvp I was going to my ender chest and my creeper egg are gone and gapples
