Hey there, the somewhat oldish/newish EULA states that you cannot sell in game currency or items that can benefit the payer over non-payers. I'd like some clarification about this.

I found this video, talking about some Minecraft EULA announcements. Not saying that the server particularly goes against this. But you may want to take a look anyway. @cloakfox
