Its just been nerfed, they do on skyblock(Glacier/Classic)its just so laggy. Idk you can place them without them stacking, if you put a block in-between each spawner -

Lol it was removed because it caused a ton of lag. I believe there is a limit in each chunk. Try ./Checkchunk -

For mending to work you need to gain exp from the thing you are breaking, You can also use exp bottles to fix the item. If you have more than one Mending item in your inventory. You will need to remove the items from your inventory to repair the most broken one. -
