    You might want to open a support ticket, https://www.mcfoxcraft.com/support-tickets/open Make sure to click Player Reports. Also, in the support ticket don’t feel scared to put the proof, the staff will not get offended and they will make sure the player is punished accordingly. Hope that helps. :)
