    Hii, once you have created an account and have the exact same name on forums as your minecraft username, you will receive the member rank. I see that you play on Bedrock, Bedrock players do receive the member rank but the [Bedrock] prefix overrides the [Member] prefix I think this is also the case with you. You should have all the perks though.
